These Terms of Service (ToS) define the conditions for accessing and using the Spectalya platform, available through the mobile application and the website spectalya.com.
Spectalya is a professional expertise report creation solution enabling photo capture, audio transcription and PDF document generation.
Using Spectalya implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or in-app notification.

To use Spectalya, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Spectalya offers several paid subscription plans. Prices are displayed in euros including VAT and may be modified at any time, with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
A 14-day free trial is offered to all new users. No payment is required during the trial period.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You agree to use Spectalya lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited:
All elements of Spectalya (software, design, trademarks, content) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Spectalya or its partners.
Content you create (files, photos, transcriptions, reports) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content as part of the service.
Spectalya strives to provide a quality service but cannot guarantee permanent availability. We are not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
You are solely responsible for how you use the service and the content you create.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
