An independent surveyor configures their app however they like. In a firm of ten or fifty surveyors, the question changes: how do you ensure that all reports look the same, that all inspections end up in the same place and that access keeps pace with people joining and leaving? Spectalya’s Enterprise plan meets these needs from a web-based administration area.
Managing users
The organisation’s administrator manages their team from the web area:
- invite a new surveyor by email;
- deactivate an account when someone leaves — access is cut off at their next interaction, even if a session was open;
- reactivate an account, resend an invitation or a password reset link.
Accounts are individual: everyone logs in with their own credentials, which ensures inspections are traceable.
The same report for the whole team
Report customisation (logo, colours, header and footer in French, Dutch and English) is defined at organisation level and synced across all devices. A client receives the same report, whichever surveyor carried out the visit. The options are covered in detail in customising your PDF report.
Shared legal documents
The firm’s legal documents (terms and conditions, notices, in-house templates) are managed centrally, ordered, and made available to all surveyors. Updates are rolled out automatically: no more outdated versions on a colleague’s phone.
Centralised export connectors
Export destinations — FTP/SFTP server, Amazon S3 storage, Dropbox, Google Drive — are configured once by the organisation. Surveyors have no credentials to enter and no settings to adjust: their inspections go to the right place, in the right folder structure.
A shared industry glossary
Voice transcription relies on a glossary specific to the organisation: technical terms, in-house abbreviations, brand names, recurring corrections. The whole team benefits, and it improves the quality of everyone’s transcriptions. See voice dictation and AI transcription.
Inspection history
The administration area gives an overview of the organisation’s activity: inspection history for the whole team, and history per team member. Useful for tracking output, internal invoicing or workload allocation.
Taking over inspections as an editor
Some organisations separate fieldwork from finalisation: the surveyor carries out the visit, and a colleague in the office reviews and finalises the report. The Editor option, available exclusively with the Enterprise plan, allows an authorised user to load an inspection exported by a colleague and pick it up in their own app.
Who is the Enterprise plan for?
- surveying firms and surveyors’ practices;
- estate agencies and property managers carrying out their own inspections;
- building managers (syndics) and professional networks.
Terms are tailored to each organisation’s inspection volume. To discuss them, contact us; to discover the app, start with the introduction to Spectalya.
